I'd probably just trust the tag. That thing looks pretty permanent, and likely not dealer installed.
There are spring height measurements floating around on the site - that may help you confirm you have 19's.

That info is buried in the "let's solve the stock springs" thread. There are height measurements posted there too. So what did those 19's cost? I can decide between going up a number or a 3/4" spacer.

The 52126319AC cost $47 each from the dealer and they had to order them.
