Default Proper jack points?

I'm going to be doing my own 5 tire rotation soon as was just wondering what are the proper jack points? Should I just jack the axle housing up for whatever tire I am changing? Or is there a better method? Using a standard floor jack.

Nice thing about the 5 tire rotation is that you only need to jack one wheel at a time. I place my jack under the axel tube close to the knuckle/tire and jack away!

I use the differential for my 3 ton jack, and put stands on the ends of the tubes. I use a lubelocker seal and havent had any issues. I dont think anywhere else would reach with a 3 ton jack.

Yup, me too well no lube locker just stock diff cover, but unless you're installing a lift that seems to be the easiest and lowest point to Jack safely but DO use jack stands on the tubes, don't rely on your jack to hold the Jeep while you're under it!

It's lifting the front that's the tricky one because the diff is off centered so you slide have to go at 2 points or do one side at a time. My old cummins I'd risk lifting on the axle tube but I'm a little leery with the jeep cuz it's so new and a buddy of mine already had to replace his front axle after hitting a creek bed too fast with his 2012

I'v always just jacked it up from the diff. You have to go almost all the way with a 3 ton Jack and 33'' tires, but I havent had any issues. Am I doing it wrong? My 3 ton jack cant reach the tubes or frame to use them as jack points.

With the five tire rotation there's no reason to jack by the diff. One tire off at a time so place the jack under the axle tube close to the end.
