Question on door removal
Rolling down windows has help me alot. Gives you a place to hold on to. That and the mirror. Open door about 90 deg and lift. easy.
Replacing: Did not put the nuts back on. I think they are in my tool box from last year. Put some grease on pins. came off real easy this year.

for you, BioHazard. Thanks!
In 08 when my JKU was 2 months old went to take doors off while down at the ocean. 3 of the 4 were extremely difficult to get off. Hopped on the lap top and went to this site for suggestions. It appeared that the manufacture did not grease the door pins and a couple had already began to rust on the inside.
The suggestion was to sit on the seat and put your knee's under the bottom of the door to help wiggle and raise the door. And don't forget to lay a towel on the top of your knees as it will leave a nasty bruise. After removal, apply your own grease for next time. Pop right out every time now.
Plus, since Chrysler didn't grease the pins, the tightness and rust has ruined the plastic sleeves the pins slide through. So beware, now must purchase 8 sleeves do to shody workmanship.
