Make sure that the hinge is clipped in (its the lever about in line with your head). I had the same problem from the dealership, turns out the top wasn't installed properly.

 

Well, problem solved. Note to Self- read instructions and don't ASSume. Had to clip in at the header before securing the rear flaps. I put a lot of muscle into it, luckily I didn't harm anything. Looks great but what an ordeal. Bought it off Craigslist and didn't have instructions. Printer broke, then fixed it an printed them out but somehow came out in French. No joke. So after following on my iPhone got it to work. After on, realized I had to install my Tuffy security deck. Awesome, off comes the soft top. So none the less, got some practice. Thanks fellas.
