Rattle
Yes, check the alignment of you door striker with the latch. It should be diretly in the middle. If you adjust the striker up or down depending on what you need it should go away. Also you door should shut better.
To update my own post, I wrapped the metal loop on the striker plate with black electrical tape then sprayed silicone spray on the door's locking mechanism. Net result? While it does take a harder slam to close the door, it appears the rattle is gone. I'll keep watching it and report back after a few more days.

Well, the dealer replaced the plastic panel on the inside (you know, the cheap stuff that scratches with your fingernail?
) and the "window regulator assembly" on my driver's door and the rattling has stopped.
So, I guess there are a few different causes for the rattling. My front doors do stick out a little on the bottom, but they shut right. I'm glad they figured out the rattling, though.... it was driving me nuts.
