Rear Seal Leak
Turns out it is actually the lower intake gasket leaking. In the rear end of the engine that "valley pan" gasket is leaking in the corners allowign oil to pass the gasket and going down the engine all the way to the rear seal. Of coruse "this isn't under your warranty" and they gave me a $400 estimate.
Now do i have a great local guy do it and me buy the $17 part, and learn about working on the Jeep, and risk having something go wrong, or give it to the dealer (which can't warranty the work) for $400.

After the dealer replaced the seal the first time, there was a scraping sound coming from the transmission upon acceleration and sometimes idle. After a dealer visit for that they couldn't diagnose because they couldn't mimick it at IDLE, but the guy got it to make the scraping after driving it a few times. I keep that paper in the Jeep 24/7 and here the seal is leaking again. Maybe they'll find what it was in there that was scraping, now possibly causing a second leak.
Round and round we go!
