This really isn't that big of a deal, and I would hang it either way. The reason I didn't was really to see what I could do to repair it before it went on. Like if I was to line-x it...why put it on to pull it off.

Thanks for the idea for those who posted, I will look into some.

Totally understandable Defkon....I would look into possibly line-x'ing the bumper or throwing it on as is. until you can afford a new one. You're right though the bumpers can be expensive.
