Default Replace stock rims

Hi
I am planning on upgrading my wheels on my JK Sport. It has 16" x 7" wheels. Should I replace with the same size or can I use 16" x 8" wheels? The tires are 225/16/75.

That size tire is only 8.86" wide. You should keep the same width rim. Once you know which tire you want go to their web site, go to specs, and they will have a table that will say the recommended rim width for every size tire they make.

Level 8 trackers are a good choice 5 for $630 and then you will have a big selection of tires to choose from. I personally go up to rubicon stock size at least.

I think the 225s would look funny with a wider wheel, but having said that, if you stick with a 16x7 that will limit the tire width that you may want to go with down the road. You could do as I did and just put up with the factory wheel and tire combo until you need new tires and then decide on what wheel will be best. I picked up some Moab takeoffs and had them waiting in the wings until I was ready to upgrade tires.
