Default Replacing Rear Axle Seal and Bearing

First before you says it I am already over 36k miles so I am out of warranty. My rear axle seal on the passengers side is leaking.

For those that have the factory service manual how does it say to replace the bearing? I can see how to pull the axle shafts. I just wondering if you need a normal axle bearing puller to pull the bearing from the axle tube or if they did something different on these.

I have the '08 manual. I don't know if your '07 is different.

The cone and rollers will come out with the axle. The outer race will stay in the tube, but is a slip fit, no tool required (according to the '08 manual).

You will need a split bearing attachment and a press to get the bearing and retainer off the axle.
Google split bearing attachment and you will see who has them.

Thanks for the Reply I would imagine and 07 and 08 would be the same.

so if the bearing comes out with the shaft, the seal would have to come out with the shaft as well right?
