Default Replacing Spider Gears.

My spider gears are ruined. Chips all over. Unfortunately this seems like a common problem however I am unable to find any clear answers or diagrams on how to replace them. I've gone and inspected the inside of the diff, and it seems pretty straight forward but I just want to be sure. I have a 2007 JKU and Im working on the rear. The front is fine. Im not sure if the rear is limited slip. I do not believe it is, but I'm not sure.

I just have some questions.

Can I replace the spider gears without removing the carrier?

If I do have to remove the carrier can I just pull it out, and put it back and be good to go without any fine tuned adjustments and such? Pull and plug back in?

Also if anyone knows of a write up, or diagram or any information on this Id appreciate letting me know where to find it.

Thanks!

Removing the spider gears r easy u can do it with the carrier inside the diff but its a pain, also adding them while te carier is in there is also a pain as far as retuning I'm not sure about that

A pain is fine as long as it can be done that way. also I do have 5.13 gears in it. Im not sure if that will matter with taking the carrier out or not......?
