Default rubi stock locker ?

i know this may sound dumb, but i'm still new to jeeps....so here go's

will the stock rubicon e-lockers work in the x d30 front axle and d44 rear axle, or would it be a waste of time and i should just get better lockers?

Rubicon's have a D44 for a front end so that won't work. The rear D44 should work. You'd have to be really pushing it to exceed the stock locker, further than the d30 front end is going to handle anyway.

Regarding the rear Dana 44:

Isn't the spline count different for the Rubi shafts?

One person here has done the rear Rubi locker to X conversion...it was an experience for him though.
Not only are the axle splines different, their lengths are different as are the carrier bearings requiring some interesting adjustments and playing around...I'll do a search and see who it was again as he did a nice little write up on it as well.

i figured it wouldn't work with the d30 in the front

i guess in the long run it would be easier to get aftermarket e-lockers
