RUBICON 2010 Diesel overflowing

RUBICON 2010 Diesel overflowing
It’s long time that I have problem during refueling of diesel about my RUBICON (JK Wrangler Unlimited 4 doors 2010).
I have to spend at least 20 minutes or more to insert diesel (to have full tank) because of a continuos overflowing.
What do you think about this problem?
Does anyone know about the pieces showed in the attached pictures?
I have took them by the cavity of rear left light.
I'm shure that during the first year of life, my RUBICON had not this problem.
I'm not really shure, but this problem seemed go away after a period during wich I left my RUBICON without its battery.
