No, I personally can’t say with 100% certainty that it worked. It was shipped to me from a forum member here - not going to call out by name - but I trust his statement that it worked at removal.

Even though I activated with procal, I’m going to take it to the dealer to see if it really needs dealer activation since my VIN doesn’t originally have a smartbar. Dealer also said they’d check my wiring and should be able to pinpoint the issue if they can’t get it working. Diagnostics were quoted pretty cheap. At least then I’ll know.

I'd also investigate the Jscan route for turning it on, I believe I saw that functionality in there.

Hopefully that dealer activation will do the trick

Unfortunately it did not get it working. It’s now activated properly but still has similar symptoms. Now throwing fault code C2207. Dealer is pretty convinced that, based on what they saw on their computer, the wiring is correct but sway bar ECU is bad. Bummer.

Does that sound accurate with a C2207 code?

C2207 means the sway bar detects an internal fault...

So would you agree with dealer that I likely wired it properly?

Yep, unfortunately the only remedy in the manual for c2207 is replace the sway bay and re-test.

Well, at least I can stop second guessing my install. Like I said before, I’m confident I did it correctly but easy to second guess when the end result isn’t a total success.
