As always no problem. What I do is wash the jeep (fresh sponge , hot-ish water and start with windows to get all crud off em.

After drying Jeep I end with honda pro and microfiber towels. You will see it remove weather streaks , road oil stains etc as you buff ... stuff has and always will amaze me. The ol' lady uses it to clean the "glass" stovetop.

Have u tried regular car wax? Or compound? Do it by hand though don't use a buffer cause it's a pain to get off the fabric potion of the top

I thought this sounded ridiculous. But it was the only recommendation that I actually had at my house. So I tried it. And it worked. Windows look great. I don't know why. But they really do!
