quick fix,

test drive new jk, have friend around corner, pass off the freedom panel, come back all pissed off and scared looking saying, "Damn thing flew off on the interstate, could have killed someone."

HaHa, would never work but a funny thought to a sad story. stinks that someone would do that, yeah, keep checking the dumpsters around the low income housing area, it just might show up there.

Damn, that really sucks... if you are ever in the Abilene area, look me up, I have my T-tops on right now, so you can borrow my header channel and my used/dirty bikini, for just the front two seats.

Just make sure to have it back by next summer.

The fire department was called out to the area around my house because someone was burning something in the woods...

Anyone know of a way to electrify a jeep? it could help with the coons' sleepin in the back as well!

Ext cord, cut off end , attach hot only to your jeep, then plug it in . Anyone who touches it will become the ground.

Call your dealer and ask them if they happen to have a scratched up panel they can sell you. I recall some dealers were replacing leaking panels a while back so maybe they have an older version laying around...

I'll tell ya what I may seriously thin about doing something like this... I was willing to shrug it off until they decided to try and burn the thing! I mean come on!

North side, just moved from tomball to magnolia. If you know any mud holes in the area I would love to hear about em. Spring creek is still the closest I know of but would like a nice little hole to play in the neighborhood.

Since nobody has provided a real answer to this, I'd chime in and guess that most likely its because one side has the latches and one side doesn't.
