Set Factory Clock to Military time?

Anyone know if it's possible to set the stock radio clock to military/ 24 hour time?

I found nothing in the manual.

Sounds like a project for one of the aftermarket programmers... (AEV, Hypertech, Superchips...)

I doubt it'd help sell one, but it'd be a nice extra feature.
