Default shifting problems help please!

Iv had my jeep for 1&1/2yrs now and lately I have been having issues with the shifting. it seems really rough when i switch gears, not like the jeep is jumping or anything, just feels like the shifter isnt switching into other gears smoothly like it use to be. and sometimes when its in neutral and im going to engage either 1st or reverse gear it feels like it hits a wall sometimes, and wont go into gear until after a few tries of forcing it into gear. this has been going on for about a month, obviously this is a manual trans for anyone who didnt realize, so any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Could be the clutch, slave cylinder or syncro's.

Details on said jeep? Mileage, year?

Its a 2010 jeep wrangler unlimited sport 30,000 miles, i just read something that mentioned that some have problems like this when the weather is cold so it may just be that because it has been acting up only during these winter months so far

I have a 2010 with close to 27,000 miles and it is a little stiff when cold, 0 - 20 degrees. After a few miles of warm up, it is back to it's normal shifting.
I still have factory oil in the4 gearbox.
I do have a concern with theclutches in there jeeps with the hill holding thing as I really need to engage the clutch to override that. Well, or sit paitently while I wait for it to turn off and the jeep to roll. This has to add wear on the clutches. I will be interested to seeing if it lasts. Last few vehicles, I had over 200k and still the clutch was fine.
Thanks

I have almost the exact same problem.

Took my jeep to the dealership 5 times for it.

nothing. Finally got them to tear into it the last time, but they couldn't find anything.

mine does occasionally pop out of second though.
