Default Shocks & "Low-Speed Tunable (LST) valve technology"??

My JK brochure lists the specs for my shocks as "Shock Absorbers (gas-charged) High-pressure monotube with Low-Speed Tunable (LST) valve technology"

Does this mean the shocks are somehow adjustable for various terrains?

NO. This is a descriptive term for an operational design( hype) They are gas charged, one tube (obviously), and have dual action valving inside the shock( this means at low compression speeds the fluid in the shock is released internally at a different rate than at fast compression speeds.....
