Default shudder

Ok, I have a 2011. Every once in a while when shifting between gears higher than 2nd, I'll hear a sputter from the exhaust, feel a shudder and hesitation, and then it will go. This has happened at least 6 occassions. It goes away after a new tank of gas and/or some Sea Foam. Of course I attributed it to bad gas. I started sticking to certain gas stations and quit having the issue. Then I moved. It just started again, so I took it to the dealership today. Of course they saw it is lifted so they say it is a driveline issue due to my lift and won't do warranty work. I have a 2.5 inch lift and know enough that my pinion angle shouldn't be much of a problem at that height. Plus it did it before the lift. I explained this. No luck. I explained that I doubt it is driveline if it goes away with fresh gas or treatment. They still say driveline. I feel this is a cop out on the service department's part. On the way home the Sea Foam finally kicked in and the issue is gone again. I use premium gas and am tuned for 91 plus. It did this before the tune, also. Any thoughts?

I would pull and check the gaps on the plugs.
That's BS... If you need warranty work go to another dealership.

I'll do that. Didn't even think to check plugs as they've never been changed and I just hit 16k.
