Default Slow timing problem

i have a 12 wrangler with the 3.6 liter and it is throwing a p000d code. I replaced Both camshaft sensors and crank shaft sensor’s I’ve checked all my wiring and it looks good but still throwing the code. So I decided to take it to the local dealership to see if I could get them to replace the infamous head and their diagnostics check showed that the head was fine They say that the oil pressure is causing it to throw the code but they don’t know why. They’re in contact with Chrysler mechanics and they don’t know why either. Looking to see if anybody else has had this issue and what possible fixes were made. Thanks
