Default Soft top issue HELP a newb out!!

Hey everyone this is my first post so hopefully this isn't to stupid of a question... Anyway I recently bought my 2 door wrangler x and have noticed that my soft top doesn't appear to be fitting right. I took it to the dealership and they said it was fine but I would like to get yalls opinion on if it its and if it isn't what I should do to fix it??

Would help to have some specifics as to what part doesn't seem to be fitting correctly... Or even better, pictures.

undo the front and back and make sure that both front clamps are tightened first before attaching the rear sail panels

+1 Have you checked out the video on how to put it up and down, I know that helped me.

Looks like you just laid the front down without even clamping it. I assume it didn't look like that when you bought it.

Doesn't look like the front hooks are on the retaining rings... or if they are, that they clamps aren't clamped down on them. Also, shame on the dealer for saying that's "fine"

Okay I watched the video several times and Im about 99% sure Im doing everything right. I also tried to tighten the clamps but that didnt help. So I guess Im just going to take it to another dealership sometime this week.

I think its bullshit the salesmen at the dealerships dont even know how to work the tops. They point you to a you tube video or tell you to read the owners manual.
