I hope I'll have better luck today... Bringing her in for the first time to check out the soft top. After the nor-easter a week or so ago, I was left with wet seats that froze over the next morning!!! Literally drove to work sitting on ice cubes...

Well, I've had mine 1.5 months and got first major rain this weekend. Saturday drivers seat and door handle, map pocket and floor mat were soaked. Pulled into a gas station to try and tighten things up and make sure I didn't do something wrong. Sunday went out and both sides were leaking in the same spot. I'm calling the dealer tomorrow(MON). I'm not accepting that my new 25K Vehicle leaks like this. Jeep or not. This is my 4th Jeep. I'm very brand loyal. It must be fixed!

Yeah, it stinks. I brought mine in and they said they "Re-aligned" the sunrider, hoping that would do the trick. I picked it up a day after it was ready, and It happened to rain that night. Hopped into mine, and saw a puddle, and drove it to the front of the line to show them exactly what I was seeing.

They said they'd order new seals and put them on this week...

Well, I just got mine back on Tuesday night with the "new" 2008 door seals installed. Service tech said, it wont leak now. Last night we got some rain than it cooled down considerably early this morning.

I opened my JK hopped in this morning and I had a nice trail of ice running down my passenger side door into the map pocket and some ice on the carpet along the edge of the kick plates in the passenger side footwell. I took some pictures with my digital camera. That was the fourth repair attempt. I guess it's lemon time.

My soft top leaked today too. I love my Jeep otherwise, so I'm going to attack it with weatherstripping and live with it until they come up with a forever fix -seems fixing it is hard even for a dealer!

I have a 2008 and it did the same where it was leaking right above the door. The weird part was it was so minor and yet caused a lot of water to drain in. My solution is to go to the dealer and compare it to another one. I traded my 2007 2dr for a 2008 4dr and found the problem right on. What's gives me hell is the quality assurance or control would have found this with a simple check list. It was the lip where the front of softop overlays. All I had to do was just open it and it stop. It was always leaking and didn't want to take my Jeep to the dealer anymore (my 2dr was in the shop 6 times for a total of several weeks) and why? Because of scratches...... Anyways, I'm glad I found it before it. Just compare it to a new one. Hope that helps. I know many of you probably have more complex issues...by the way, my 2dr always leaked. I just don't get it, some simple industrial engineered wetherstrip that hold would be too easy of an answer. Good luck, maybe a couple of lemons will change thier outlook..........

Well, I have had the puddles in the floor boards and my dealer currently has parts on order. I got in last wednesday and had soaked seats and it was leaking from the front and rear seams where the velcro attaches around the spreader bars. Taking it in next week to have it looked at and hopefully get as good of a response as you did.

Rained here yesterday and my 2-door JK with the new 2008 seals leaked even worse than it did before they were installed. I'm working with Chrysler right now on a solution per the MI lemon law. They are terrible at returning phone calls.
