if they are scratched bad, then you might as well replace them.

Mopar makes a soft top window cleaner which takes out fine scratches and makes deep ones look better. It is called "jeep soft glass cleaner"

It works for small scratches and minimizes big ones. So, even if it doesn't get the scratches completely out it will make it look better.

I don't see why it would but I have no clue I think the plastic itself is colored not like a film like normal tints

Some asshole scratched "clean me" into my husbands TJ soft top window. Its prob not coming out.
