Default Squeaky clutch pedal

Does anyone know where the grease point is for the clutch pedal? I don't want to just shoot a bunch of grease through the boot into the firewall not knowing what is back there. This thing is squeaking like crazy anytime the pedal moves. I know the sound is coming from the pedal itself, not the cylinder.

It's likely the spring and the bracket. You won't be "shooting" it thru the firewall. Just put some grease on your finger and work into the spring and bracket.

Are you talking about the joint above the pedal before it runs into the firewall? I have tried greasing that several times.

Double check that its not the slave cylinder making noise and traveling up the line and into the pedal. I was convinced mine was making noise at the pedal pivot but one day i had a buddy move the Jeep when i was outside and i heard the same noise i hear when i push the clutch...open your door and see if you hear it outside of the cab...if so its your slave cylinder. Dismantling it and greasing the shaft and fork may help for a little bit, but it will return. My advice...turn your radio up until the slave craps out, then replace it and your squeak will be gone...for a while!

This as well.

If you've already tried the spring then the slave is likely your culprit.

I already checked this after finding it in another thread. It's definitely coming from the pedal. Greasing seems to help a little, but it doesn't go completely away and doesn't last very long.

Not disagreeing that you've already checked the slave, but did you physically put your hand on the slave cylinder as someone depressed the clutch. You will feel the vibration with your hand.

I don't remember feeling for vibration on it. I was just listening for sound. When I have someone else here I'll have to double check it.

What year is yours? How many miles are on it? I have a 11 2dr an mines squeezing when I depress mine.
