Mine (X/Auto/4DR/2,300mi) has been fine until last night....slowing down towards an intersection and the lights came up and the radio went off for maybe a second. I don't think I even noticed the engine cutting off - but I was slowing and off the accelerator. As noted in the reference thread, by build date is 12/13/06 - after the dates indicated in the two TSBs people reference. I guess I will ask about it when I go in for the first oil change.... :sad:

Sahara Unlimited JK stalled twice now....
...the first time I thought i had drifted off to sleep...but it just happened this weekend at about 80 MPH on freeway exactly as described in previous posts. I joined this forum to specifically look for this issue. I need to go through all the posts to see what , if any, solutions have been presented by jeep, but wanted to post my issue here as well. I have a Sahara 4X4 Unlimited (11/06 mfg date).

mine did it at 1680 im bringing it in tommarrow morning i will keep you guys updated one thing though if this thing throws no codes to the computer when it happens to us what makes dc think that if it happens to them and they experience the same thing we told them happend they will figure it out because it still wont throw any codes?hmmm

Well, as I waited for my oil change I did ask the service desk if they had dealt with the these issues. I was told it was the first time they had heard of a JK stalling out. This is a dealership that sells nothing but Jeep. I think they are a decent place and I would like to hope they are honest. But it seems strange to me that they have no knowledge of it happening and that I am the first to mention it. I just dropped the issue because I didn't have time to leave the vehicle and I get the feeling it would be wasted effort. Very frustrating...
