Rotate your front tires to the back and see if that will get you by.

I have M/T 35 on my 2009 jeep and at 35 to 40 mph my steering wheel starts to shake. Do you think it is the steering stablizer?

You could have a bent rim like me. I got brand new toyos and the tire guy told me it was bent just a little bit. Idk how it happened but I get a little wobbly at 45mph+ I'm to lazy to swap it with my spare rim

Sometimes the cords inside the tires separate and even though the tires are in balance they can still shake the wheel. I have experienced this before.
