Stock 2 door Alignment Specs - Anyone??
Hey,
So I have a stock 2008 2-door sahara, and wanted to see if anyone out there has the stock alignment specs.
Here is my story: Last May/June I packed up and drove my jeep from Ottawa, Canada, down to Chicago, then across South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, to San Fran, California, up through Oregon/Washington state to Victory BC, then back across Canada… Drove perfect, no problems with the steering. I took it in the late fall for a oil change, the stealership said it needed an alignment, I said no, they said it would void warranty on the jeep if I didn’t, so I said I would give in to it, but to take it easy next time I come in for service. So they do the alignment, and it hasn’t drove right since, been back twice. A light bump, or turn, and its flying across the road. Never happened once on my trip across the states, but happening every day since this alignment. I have never hit anything to cause this.
These are the final readings/specs they gave me on my jeep:
Front – Castor – No reading
Front Camber – Left -0.3 degrees; Right -0.2 degrees.
Front Toe – Left 0.05, Right 0.05, total 0.10.
Rear Camber – Left -0.1 degrees, Right -0.3 degrees.
Rear Toe – Left 0.10, Right 0.04, Total 0.14.
Thrust Angle – 0.1 degrees
Can anyone tell me if these are accurate according to the factory specs? I have searched, and can not find this info on the forum.
I appreciate any help with this!
