Default stock gears on a 2010 jku sport?

Hey I'm about ready to get new tires and I need to know whether I have 3.73s or 3.21s. Someone said if u don't have max tow then you have 3.21s which I do not so any input would be appreciated thanks.

Go to jeep.com, then the owners section, you can request a build sheet ans they will email you one pretty fast. I think mine took a day, or no more than two.

That's pretty much it. I have a 2010 jku sport as well. If you didn't get the tow package, you have 3.21's.

It really doesn't matter if you have the tow package or not. My 2010 had 3.73 w/o the tow package. There are other ways of checking to see what you have without having to call or wait for a sheet. You can jack the rear end up and turn the wheels to see. I will try and see if i can find this and then paste it here.

Mine came with 3.73s. I can't remember what the dealer called it, either "offroad" package or tow package but it didn't even come with a hitch lol

Just get the build sheet it's the only definite answer you're going to get without breaking out tools

If you purchased it new then the window sticker will tell you. Also, my build sheet was with my owners manual so check yours.

However, in the end what you have does not matter much for where you are going. There are multiple post on this site that include a gearing chart that will tell you tire size and gearing on the axis then rpm at a standard mph.

I thought the 2010 autos came with 3.73 and sticks came with 3.21. Could be wrong. Build sheet is the way to go to make sure!
