Stripped Transfer Case Bolt
"go to sears and look at some of the nice extractors they have available . "
Made me laugh. A few years ago I had a stuck fastener. Went to sears and bought an extractor.
It didn't work so I returned it. The salesman held it up to the light and looked at it like he was a diamond merchant. "Hmm, this looks like it was used." Me:"Of course it was. How do you think I knew it didn't work!"

OK, with some creative work with a hammer and chisel I can now get a bite with the 10m allen bit.
Problem is, I still can't get the plug to budge. Don't know if It's a lack of torque/leverage or what, but I can't move it. I've hit it pretty good with the chisel and WD40; what else can I do?
