Hey, I know they aren't recalls so I'm wondering...can you have TSB work done after your warranty has expired?

TSB are only a guide for the technician. They serve to direct the troubleshooting efforts toward a fix for a problem the owner is having with the vehicle.

Out of warranty, the owner pays to have it fixed.
It's not like you can go in and ask to have a TSB complied with if you are not having the issue the TSB relates to.
