Wowza, prob not a good idea to use a floor jack on your doors. Ive had mine on and off dozens of times. Once you get them off just put a little grease on it and change out those stupid bolts to something that will last longer

When mine are stubborn, I put a bent leg under it and use my thigh to put upward pressure on it while I open/close it a bit to work it loose. Some emory cloth and synthetic grease will clean the pins and help in the future.

I had trouble getting my 2011's off when it was only 2 weeks old I had to keep applying upward pressure to them while swing the door open and closed, once I got them off I wire brushed the posts and applied a little bit of the silver anti seeze stuff. Never had a problem again.

make sure to have the windows down!!!!!
You'll be happy when you try to put the doors back on.
Remember to take off the door strap and the power plug
Try tapping the bottom pins from underneath.
Open the door at different points - and try. Less friction may occur
at different open positions.

Also if you spray them with penetrating oil and give it an hour to soak while working the doors back and forth a few times every 10 minutes or so you will not believe how much this helps. If you don't want to dick up the finish, duct tape the area around the hinges. Since they are stuck, they may pop out and strike the jeep leaving you with some really nice scratches. When you go to reassemble, use some white lithium grease. You can even spray this with the doors on and is a manditory maintenance item on a brand new jeep in my opinion.
