Default thinking i have death wobble, need advice

it has a teraflex bb with stock rubicon tires and wheels with about 30k on it I heard a pop in the front end while driving in the mud on our farm, since then I have had a wobble that is present from about 50mph and up. The faster I go the worse the jeep shakes. I just returned from a thousand mile trip to yellowstone and thought the jeep would fall apart at speeds over 70mph.
I replaced the stabilizer with a teraflex aftermarket one, no change in wobble.
i rotated the tires all along the trip with no effects on the wobble
pressures are all normalized,
what is it? How do you check the ball joints, How do you check the cv joints?
thanks

start by checking to make sure everything is torqued to factory specs. for me, the track bar was the culprit. this website will give you what everything should be torqued to:

x2 on checking the torque on the suspension first. There is a writeup for Death Wobble diagnostics on this forum somewhere.

i am thinking it isn't death wobble due to not needing to stop the truck to stop the wobble.
its just omnipresent at speeds over 50 and gets worse with increased velocity.

thanks TOAD.
Maybe this is an excuse to change to a big lift and some 37's instead of my BB and stock tires.
