Default Throwout bearing and shift fork retainer

During my search for a quality replacement TOB for my JKU I settled upon either a National or Timken. However before checkout I noticed there is a small difference of the Timken having a beveled outer edge (pictured below). The site listed the National as fitting my application where as the Timken would not despite having the same part numbers. Which would be a better choice? I like the idea of the beveled edge as I would assume it would help self center on the clutch face. Please help! Also since we're here, I'm planning on replacing my spring fork retaining clips and pivot points to help prevent further issues, but they sell as singles. I assume I need a pair of each? Thanks in advance!

That is a bit puzzling, especially since the same TB is used in my 2008, and RockAuto lists both as applicable. They show the same Mopar part number as well. Either Timken found an incompatibility with later clutches or it's a catalog error. I used the national and it's been great, info in this thread:

Awesome thanks for the info! An update on what is going on here: I called Timken personally and told them what my issue was and asked what would be the correct part number for my application. After being put on hold for awhile and some research, she informed me that Timken doesn't make a TOB for my wrangler... so I went ahead and ordered the Timken beveled edge bearing with the (more) closed face so I will let you know how it goes. Also, FYI for everyone, National is now owned by Timken even though National still does their own thing.

Looking forward to hear how it goes. Most of the auto parts chain stores around here stocked the National, it would be interesting to compare with the Timken (hint). That's one of those parts I'd pay triple if it looked/felt even a little better.
