Time for a new one?
2009 was the last year for the factory lifetime power train warranty. Some dealerships offer "lifetime warranties" but might only be covered in house...read your documentation.
For 2010 on they moved to a 5 year / 100,000 mile power train warranty.
Of course there are many other extended warranty programs you can purchase outside of the original factory warranty.

Traded my 07 in 3 weeks ago on a 2012. Love the 2012 so much better. As far as dealerships you have to haggle with them, took me 2 days to work out my deal. First night I thought the sales manager was going to fall over when I walked out on his deal. I ended up getting what I wanted for my 07 and 2K under invoice on the 2012. So I was Happy. My warranty is 100% for 1st 12 months, 3yr/36000 bumper to bumper and 5yr 100,000 powertrain. Not sure if it is a dealership thing or not but also got 24 months/24000 miles free service(oil changes and tire rotations)
