Default Tow Hooks

Ok I searched for this yesterday but I couldn't find anything so forgive me if this is redundant.

What are the best tow hooks to buy on a budget. I'm a college kid so I'm trying to watch my spending but I know I need at least one tow hook on the back to bail me out in sticky situations but what should I buy?

Oh and tow straps. I'm kind of lost entirely there. Any advice would be appreciated.

If you have have a factory hitch use that as a recovery point. I was at Bi-Mart the other day and they had 20,000lb straps cheap.

Yeah I'm guessing some stock hooks that someone is selling/giving away free after a bumper swap will be the best bet. Post up in the "wanted" section.

Not all Jeeps come with stock hooks. The very basic package does not have them. It has only the mounting points.
