Default Trackbar hitting differential cover

So I've had this front d30 differential cover on my jeep for about 10k miles now. Recently (within a week or two) it seems my trackbar has been hitting my differential cover (to the right of fill plug as its hard to see in Pics) Can anyone tell me if this is normal or what could be causing this issue. And if it's not normal if the dealer should cover this issue under warranty. Thanks

Its your diff cover. I believe the Solid ones have the same issue sometimes. Is it a factory TB?

Yeah, you probably flexed on it pretty good and kissed it. If you're lifted, I would look into an aftermarket TB since they provide a lot more clearance (at least my TF one does). In the mean time, i would throw some fresh paint on the diff cover where it contacted and keep an eye on it. If the paint doesn't get scuffed off anymore you know that it was just that isolated incident. IMO, its the diff cover as that thing is not clearance friendly.

Most aftermarket TB's adress this issue. My JKS has tons of clearance.
