It doesnt really look like you hit it, put an angle finder on it then compare to your other side. I can put an angle finder on mine later and ill give you a response. I hit my rear diff being an idiot and it took a little of the casting away on one of the ribs lol. The brackets are pretty thin on the jk, it would still leave a nice mark for it to bend id think. Is it way off 90 degrees? Im not on level ground rn but my brackets were slightly out towards the tires like yours. My angle finder is one of those magnetic huge non digital ones, kinda finicky

gosh, those brackets are on the thin side, but i can't say I've seen someone shift that whole thing to the side. certainly doesn't look great. I'd guess you have MC's relocation brackets on that lower mount, but it doesn't look like much clearance to the frame rail there.

You talking the shock skewed a little towards center? Those LCA/shock mount brackets are really the only low hanging fruit so to speak on a Jeep but that damage was most likely done in reverse no?? Probably once in a blue moon thing for that so I would take the bottom shock bolt out, move the shock, cut a piece of pipe to simulate the shock rubber and sleeve and hardware store bolt it in there, get some heat on it, and gently hit it back a bit until it looks like the other side. The pipe and bolt is to keep the shape for you so that the shock goes back later. Chalk it up to experience but there is a slider steel you can weld on the bottom of the LCA bracket but I would raise the bracket height at the bottom first to shorten the bracket prior to welding on anything.

On the rear, you're talking about the fluid? Those rear shafts and seals may as well be made of glass if you wheel hard or hit potholes frequently.

My apologies folks, i didnt get notifications so i assumed i didnt get responses. I was talking about the fluid. Everything seems to be in place but i did put it on jacksrltands and put it in drive and i seem to get a very slight wobble on both sides so i think it need new axles soon-ish regardless. I think this was there before the trail, as i noticed a small amount of play in the wheel during my initial inspection but didnt pay too much mind to it as it was a very slight bit of play. I didnt go too hard or fast on the trail, but it was still a rocky jeep badge trail with a fun rutty ascent to get to it. I did end up having to tighten some suspension components afterwards.

I was more concerned with the fluid being some sort of diff fluid or something else. No idea where it came from as traip was dry as all hell.

But thats a great point about the angles. I do have an digital magnetic anglefinder and i will check the angles just in case. Thanks!

I have been daily driving it since after getting everything tightened up and i think im ok. Will still likely need to replace axles though as there is a definate ( although slight) wobble in the back when om jackstands. I dont really notice it driving.
