Hello all, kinda new to da whole Jeep experience sooooo forgive me if my question is a dumb one.....ok here goes.....

I have a brand new 4dr Jeep Wrangler Sport without 4 wheel drive. I've noticed pictures here of Jeeps with the "trail rated" emblem on the side........when I got mine I "did not" have this emblem......is it just for the Jeeps with 4 wheel drive?

 

Hi. I have never seen a 2wd but I would think so, although I have done some rocks in 2wd!! Guess its exclusive for the 4x4.

Just wanna make sure I'm not gettin ripped off.....it's a nice lookin emblem.......even though I took all the rest of them off........

 

It costs about $12. Hit the local dealer.

 

Yea pick one up from the dealer and slap it on!!

sweet.....I just might do that.......I guess I'll have some explaining to do if someone asks why I have the sticker and no 4 wheel drive

 

They only put those on 4 wheel drive jeeps.

 

Get HEMI and Rubicon decals too!!

Do your research, having TRAIL-RATED® CERTIFICATION on your JK means Jeep has upgraded several components on the basic chassis. Which includes 4-wheel drive. Putting a "Trail-Rated" emblem on your 2wd would be like putting a "Spyder" emblem on a vehicle with a hard-top... imo.

 

I hear ya loud and clear.....I guess I was just shootin for the "cool" factor......
