Default Tranny Leak Questions

I always garage my 2011 JKU and recently noticed fluid on the concrete floor. Upon closer inspection I can see that the trans appears to be leaking from a seal, or maybe something else? The Jeep was in the shop a short time ago for misc maintenance which included an oil change, rear brakes as well as an inspection of the undercarriage for issues just like this. The bolt with the blue mark on it did not have a blue mark before going in for service. As I am no mechanic, I wonder what your thoughts might be of this leak??

Thanks in advance.

Shawn

Is that oil red or black? Could be engine oil. That 3.8 also has sump pan and sub frame supporting it leaking so oil could be migrating down to the bottom of the TC housing. Removing the pan and frame are easy and could do with a new gasket set. Then see. If the oil is tranny fluid then out comes the tranny to fix the seal.

It's really hard to tell if it's red or black. I think I'll wipe it all down and check again and pray for the suggested new oil gasket.

Thanks for your good advice!
