Quaker State (same company as Pennzoil) makes compatible synchromesh too, its just harder to find.

All you guys need to check out Amsoil fluids and filters, they are not cheap, but they make the very best products I have found for my Autos and Mororcycles

Their website has independent certified test results on most/all of their products.
