Default Trim stock airdam

Can someone point me to a thread or show me some examples and how to's on trimming the stock airdam

It's very pliable soft plastic. I just took some garden shears adn trimmed the ends.

Just crank your wheel one way until the tire hits it and you'll know exactly how much you need to trim off.

I currently have 33 and at full turn I rub on the corners of the air dam

I'm assuming it's due to his 20" rims and rubber. I had the same rubbing problem at full turn and just did a little trimming.

I'm talking about the airdam under the from bumper, some people see it as a skid plate? I don't see how it would have anything to do woth the air intake?

I trimmed my airdam when I chopped my stock front bumper. Just cut off the wings on the sides of the plasic dam, gives you more room, looks better, and still gives you the airdam.

That is what I was thinking about doing, did you just cut it strait up?

Just take it off. Its pointless and only there to cover up the under carriage.
