Default true or false did the 2007 X come stock with 4:10 gears

I have been ready a lot of people say that the stock 2007 Wrangler X came with 4:1 already? is this true?

It was a $50 upgrade. Mine had it.

Just pulled out my factory build sheet from my "07 JK Wrangler X. It shows every standard and option code on the unit. Code DMFP is 4:10 rear axle ratio, and it is the option section. Shows Dana 44 rear and Dana 30 front as standard. Hope this helps clear this question up. My JK is built to Canadian spec, to this may vary in other countries.

Mine came with 3.21's. That, combined with the 3.8 + 37's = BALLS LESS!
I'll re-gear to 5.13's this spring.

lol! I plan on re gearing my this spring/summer, thinking 4:88, not sure on the 5:10 only because I am running 35s

You can so see what gears you have by spinning one of your wheels and seeing how many times your driveshaft rotates after 2 full tire rotations. It should rotate i bit more than 4 times
