Default TSB done = new noise

Well I finally got the throw out bearing TSB done for my 6-Speed JK but after only driving it for 30 minutes I got to a stop light and could hear a completely new sound. The sound can be heard when the clutch is fully released and in neutrual and my best description of the sound is a distant helicopter but is very noticable. Anyone have a clue what this could be? The stealership is closed until monday so Im just trying to get an idea. Thanks.

I can't hear the "Helicopter" noise but can feel it in the clutch pedal. I still hear the TSB noise under torque also.
I think we need some Manual experts to chime in here.
