I am given the Fathers Day go ahead to get the Tuffy Security Deck and I was curious of the fellas that have it do you also have the dual tops and have you tried putting the freedom top panels inside of it. Will it fit ? If so how or otherwise.

In a 4-dr it fits...Should fit in a 2-dr if you have the seats out (which you have to)

I am going to have the seats out, and I think you and chatted about this unit before, I was trying to see if anyone else pulled the trigger and got some more info. Thank you very much for your help though. How do you like it so far ? I herd that tuffy was changing some typr of cushion on it to a tube instead do you know what that is about ?

Check this thread out if you haven't already.......and honestly, I'd order directly from Tuffy and insure you get the newest generation with any improvements, vs. getting "retailer inventory" that may not - - ask me how I know..........

So far, the only problem was 4 small pieces of tubing that goes on the deck itself. The material they used in the initial batch was a rubbery material that tore when you slid the deck on it's tracks. Tuffy has sent replacement pieces that are much thicker and harder than the rubber ones. Plus they sent two missing weatherstrip pieces that they didn't include in the first batch. Mine didn't rattle even without the weatherstrip, but it definately looks like it will help. The new tubing makes it roll a lot smoother when I re-installed the deck.

Well I can tell you as usual that Northridge has the best price on the unit hands down along with free shipping too !!!! It actually costs more money through tuffy.
