Didn't see anything about a turn signal at the link you posted.
Usually a faster turn signal means a light is not working; either burned out or a bad ground at that light.

I agree with the previous posters. Since it is "fast" turning left I would turn it on and go outside and look on the drivers side to see which light bulb was burnt out and replace it.

Change the rear left bulb. But, both side light bulbs? Do you mean on the front fender flares? Those don't blink unless you do the blinker mod (which is an easy mod worth doing). So read that first before doing any troubleshooting of the side lights!

Marker Light Mod

It is mandatory for vehicles in the UK to have blinking side markers to pass MOT inspection. It is not mandatory in the US. Therefor all UK sold vehicles will have a few things the rest of us don't have. I bet you can also adjust the up and down angle of your headlights with a switch on the dash right? That is another UK MOT mandate. We dont have that switch in the US ( I wish we did). You also have to have a rear RED fog light, again we don't.

I lived at RAF lakenheath for three years and had to have my cars modded to do these things before I could pass my MOT inspection.
