Default Uconnect GPS

Does anyone know of a way to unlock the uconnect GPS input while in motion (other than the $250 lockpick kit)?

It's impossible without the LockPick. Unless some computer wiz can hack into it, i doubt it will ever be possible. Maybe you should try going to the dealer and asking them to unblock it with their computer, but i doubt they will since that feature is there for security reasons.

What he is trying to do is input a destination on the gps while in motion. As for you, you probably don`t have the uConnect module and/or the microphone thats why its telling you it is unavailable. unless your phone is not connected properly over the bluetooth.

Not sure I would waste the 250 for a lockpick. The GPS on the jeeps aren't that good. You'd be better off to take the money and buy a Garmin stand-alone.

Isn't the built in GPS by Garmin now anyways?

Not on our old ones.

I have the lockpick. The price was worth it to me.
