Violent Shaking Problems - No idea
This has happened numerous times, to the point we don't feel comfortable driving it anymore with our daughter in it.. When the Jeep gets above 40mph, and we hit a bump (doesn't have to be a big bump), the truck starts shaking violently like the wheels are about to come off. You can actually feel the front wheels slightly coming off the pavement as it drifts all over the road, and you have to slow it down to below 40mph before it starts to fade away. Everything looks ok suspension wise, and it's bone stock which eliminates alot of potential problems. Any idea what it could be before I bring it to a shop?? Anybody else have this problem??
something is loose or your steering stabilizer is gone.
Check you track bar to see if it is tight, then start checking everything else to make sure its tight.
if its under warranty take it to the dealer to get fixed. They will find the problem, my dealer found my problem.

I am having the exact same problem between 50 and 55mph. My wife and I are getting scared to drive it especially on the freeway when our 8 month old son is in the back.
My dealer could not find the problem and thinks mine is because of the tires. Mine has almost 40,000 miles on it so the tires are nearing the end of their life.
I am going to replace my tires soon, but if that doesn't fix it I have no idea what I will do. I love my jeep but safety is first.

It would really help if you fill out the profile of your Jeep including mileage.
Since your vehicle is stock it does eliminate many potential sources of the problem and hence some of things on Planman's great checklist.
Do you recall when the problem started or got worse?
Did you have your tires rotated, the Jeep aligned or hit a big pothole?
Depending on your mileage, ball joints are also a common source on stock JKs.

Awesome, thanks Planman.. My Jeep has 37k on it, and has a stock suspension and tires, no lift of any sort.. You really hit on everything and hit the problem we're having right on the head.. Again, thank you so much for taking the time as it will be a significant help in diagnosing this problem.
This really sounds like a tire/wheel issue.
Just a shot in the dark here but this woulddn't happen to be happening after you are running your Jeep in some snow? Packed snow and ice on the inner side of your rim will give you the perception of the Jeep coming apart.
Next time it happens find a car wash and spray all around on the INSIDE of your rims.
Other things to look for. Bad tire (broken belt), loose lug nuts, bent wheel or wheels. Some major components as others have mentioned could be a problem but even then sometimes you don't really feel those as you are describing even if they are going bad.
But get something as slight as a big stone wedged between your tread and you can feel it. Meaning the slightest issue with a tire or wheel and you can always feel it.
