Water on floor
Ok.. i went to the carwash to vacuum the jeep. Lifted the front passenger floor mat to find the carpet SOAKED. It's not wet up by the firewall, just the floor. I went thru the drive in carwash and noticed when i came out there was water leaking in the front top door seal and running down inside at the bottom. But there is a ton of water on the floor! I pulled up the carpet and the trim panels and there is so much water i had to pull the drain plug.
It's not coolant, has no smell no color. I'm wondering if it is simply the door seal or i have a bigger problem.

I had the same problem, multiple times too. I had first taken up the carpet, dried and vacuumed the whole thing to find it just as wet a few weeks later. It turned out that the seal around the door was flawed and that whenever it rained it was actually running right into the car. Brought it to Jeep and they replaced it free of charge and haven't had a problem since. Hope this helps

I'm not a fan of bed-lining the interior. But its your Jeep so good for you. Looks like you did a great job.
If or when I get to that point. I will ISO-Foam the floor pull it out so I have a form. Then I would lay some carbon-fiber down on the mold get some Hysol 9396 resin wet it down good and then I would lay some Peel ply on top put some mylar on top of that then I would wait till the next day take all that stuff off wet sand the mold to perfectly fit then lay a finishing coat of Hysol 9396 on top for that clear coat look.
Doing this I would have 2 front carbon fiber inserts for the front that I could remove and Hose down after getting them muddy.
But I also have access to a full metal shop with weld/machine shop and composite shop with downdraft tables and clayton vacuum sanders. Since I work in the aviation industry.

That sounds expensive and complicated.. but awesome! If i had access to all that, i would be cutting my hard top and fabbing out a custom rear lid. I've already got a steel plate to weld in behind my rear seat.. all part of a plan to turn the back into a little truck bed.
