I am not sure what a moquette is. However, there were several threads last summer on the leaking freedom top over the passenger side. The floor would flood.

Many people put goop of one kind or another over the rubber on the front corner of the windshield to prevent this.

I had the same leak. Instaed of piling goop where it does not belong, I looked at how I was putting my freedom top back on after taking it off.

I discovered that when putting on the top, if I screw the back portion down before pushing the black lever in the front into place, then I had no leaks. If I push the level in place first and then screw down the back portion, I had leaks. Not sure why, but it works.

Hope that helps.

I redid the thin insulation foam with some that was a little bit thicker had to cut to fit. No leaks for 2 years knock on wood.

Moquette is the French word for carpet.
