You should get some hose and extend it since it's already disconnected.

I don't see where it plugs in! I just sat under my jeep for a half hour and it's definatly somewhere I can't reach

It runs from your passenger rear tire well to your rear axle near the differential. Sometimes called a breather hose.

It doesn't plug in anywhere, the end cap is where the fluid comes out if you overfilled it. Right below that cap is a white "hoop" or circle, you push that through the christmas tree clip to hold it in place.

Push the O through the --- on the clip. The hose end just hangs, the clip is just to kep it from falling down.

Looks like you may have drawn with chalk to me... not so sure about the crayon.
